Our experience is very extensive on all models from the old to the new. We can supply you with the four things needed to service a hematology unit: Training, Experience, Technical Support, and Parts.
The key to minimal down time and continued stable day to day operation is a superior Annual PMI (Preventive Maintenance Inspection).
Extensive Preventive Maintenance takes time. Our PMI's on the large units STKS and MAXM are extensive and typically take from 8 to 12 hours. We go deeper and do more than most service
companies. We follow our own extensive step-by-step PMI checklist. (Clean, Replace, Inspect, Perform, Test, Verify and Certify). With this checklist you can be assured our engineer's don't miss
anything. Upon completion of the PMI. You will be presented with the signed checklist and certification forms for your records.
