I had never worked on a Coulter MAXM before when I called you guys. My Laser voltage was too high on the startup screen. In 2 seconds you suggested a laser assembly. Got the laser in next day Fedex. Good instructions that was too easy. Up and running, 1 hour repair time. If I hadn’t of done it myself I wouldn’t believe it. You can bet I will call ASAP MED again Thanks!!! Mike, GE Medical

When I call Coulter they say that they will have to send an engineer out. When I call ASAP they fix it on the phone or they ship me the parts and I fix it the next day myself. JUST AMAZING.

All I can say is, WOW!  The extensive training I received at your corporation was very in-depth and was well presented.  This education paid for itself in just TWO BUSINESS DAYS after I left your class.  I had a laser assembly failure in conjunction with a defective VCS board.  Travel, labor and parts from Beckman Coulter would have been over $10,000 on this unit; however, it cost my boss $2,400.00 for the TTM assembly and I was able to obtain a VCS board from a non-retic unit (my labor for this repair plus the expense for the class I attended was roughly $3500.00)  Simple math shows a minimum $4100.00 savings.

 On the day of this repair, it was found out that another ISO would be taking care of this hospital.  The lead hematology technician of this hospital heard this news and went to her manager to request that the hospital keep the contract with OUR company for her analyzers.  She knew the repair technican that would be servicing her equipment because he had serviced her units in the past and she also knows this repair technician has 20+ years of experience but she wanted US instead.  I looked like the hero to the end users and my boss.
